CANCELLATION

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will deducted by the bank as a transaction fees.

If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applies:

• Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
   
• Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
   
• Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
   
• Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Also, there is cancellation fees on all domestic flights incase you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airlines cancellation policy which changes from case to case.

Refund : A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show .

ACCOMODATION

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate.

Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice by the ministry of Tourism & Hotels

• Note : You might find the classification of the Hotels in Egypt is different from your home .

LAST MINUTE BOOKING

All reservations must be made no later than 15 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

Travel Protection (Insurance): Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended  before departure .

TRAVELLERS WITH DISABILITIES

Wheelchairs & Walkers: Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard Motor coaches, nor are these devices suitable for touring. These devices may be utilized in public spaces such as airports, however may not be used while sightseeing.  Cruise & Hotel Access Hotels and cruises  are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Please inquire at the time of reservation whether the program you are considering includes accommodations properly equipped for your needs. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance are required to notify in writing at the time of reservation, and must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. Clients with special needs will be better served independently. We can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

General info

Prices

Prices in this website  are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till 31/04/2012 except during Christmas, New Years & Easter holidays. Single room occupancy is applied for those coming with other and prefer single occupancy. So there will be a different rate for solo traveler.

Egypt Entry Visa

You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Egypt and you can obtain a visa from the Egyptian Consulate before departure. Also, entry visa is available upon arrival Egypt airports against USD 15 per passport for specific nationalities and need to check before.

Sleeping Trains

Sleeping trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority. Sleeper train from Cairo to Luxor is about 11 hours and sleeping train from Aswan to Cairo is about 14 hours.

Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing ones satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it
